Everyday support at home, matched to each person's needs, routines and level of independence. Depending on the assistance required, support is provided by a companion or a personal support worker (PSW).

For occasional or short-term help, or for anyone just getting
started. Personal support and companionship visits have a 3-hour
minimum.
Ongoing care plans
For regular visits and continuity. Plans run on a 30-day rolling basis and can be reviewed and adjusted as needs change, under the terms of your service agreement.
Nursing visits are arranged according to assessed needs and availability.

Yes. Nursing & Clinical Support is available without other Garrison Care services. If personal support is needed later too, we can bring both together under Coordinated Home Care.

Companionship and everyday support may be provided by a companion or a PSW. Hands-on personal care is provided by a PSW. We match the right person to each client's needs.

We match caregivers based on experience, skills and fit with the person receiving care, and we aim for consistency so they see familiar faces.
